A huge thank you to Raymond and his team. I recently had a solar heating system installed by a company I have been doing business with for the past 16 years. After the intallation we only had hot water when the geysers were working. This was pointed out to them and they came to rectify the small problem. To cut a long story short this small problem carried on for a whole month with almost daily callouts to sort out the problem but still no hot water. In desparation I called David and asked for a reference to sort out the problem. Enter Raymond Beck who identified the problems with the previous installation within 30 minutes. Under Ray's supervision his team did the necessary redesign and re installation and lo and behold PIPING HOT water. I no longer only had an extreemely expensive ornament on my roof and a fancy time switch but a fully functional solar heating system.
